Build a Salesforce web-to-lead form in the page editor: choose and reorder fields, set the button text and return URL, and send each submission into Salesforce as a new lead.

Lead capture forms, built where the page is built
Web-to-lead forms are simple until every copy change or new field becomes a request to a developer. This app puts a form builder in the page editor, and submissions go to Salesforce as leads.
What you can do
- Salesforce Form field: a custom field for component models that opens a form builder.
- Choose and reorder fields: decide which fields your site shows, and put them in order.
- Set the details: choose the Return URL visitors land on after submitting, and the submit button text.
- Leads to Salesforce: submissions are stored as new lead records, where they can be scored, qualified and routed.
Who it's for
Marketing and sales-ops teams who capture leads in Salesforce and want editors to adjust forms without a release. Developers render the form data once, so later form changes don't need a release.
You need your Salesforce web-to-lead OID. The docs show how to find it and render the form in Next.js.
Get started
- Generate your OID In Salesforce, open the Web-to-Lead page, create a form and generate the HTML, then copy the OID value.
- Install the app Open Settings → Apps in Agility, install Salesforce and enter the Lead OID.
- Add the field Add a Salesforce custom field to a component model.
- Build the form Add the component to a page and use the form builder to choose fields, a return URL and submit text.
- Render it Convert the form data to HTML in your front end. The docs show a Next.js example.
