The people leading Agility know the customers they serve
We're a small team by design. Our leaders stay close to our customers, so the people making decisions about the product also hear directly from the people using it.
Small enough to know you. Experienced enough to know what matters.
Let's be honest, nobody wants to be just a number. Over 25% of our customers have been with us for 10+ years, that doesn't just happen by accident. We're rated #1 on G2 for meeting customer requirements.

CEO & Co-Founder
Jon Voigt
Jon founded Agility in 2002 and has spent more than two decades building the company around a simple idea: technology should give people more freedom, not make their lives harder. As CEO, Jon leads Agility's vision and its next stage of growth. He's passionate about bringing people together, building strong relationships, and creating a company where customers and employees can do their best work. Jon brings that same outlook to life outside Agility. He's deeply involved in the arts and supports organizations including the National Ballet of Canada, Ballet BC, and Fall For Dance North.

CTO
Joel Varty
Joel joined Agility in 2005 and brings more than 20 years of experience in software development and product management. He's spent his career helping teams make sense of new technology and turn it into something people can actually use. As CTO, Joel helps shape Agility's technology and product direction, with a particular focus on cloud technology, modern frameworks, and the Jamstack. He holds degrees in English and Computer Science from the University of Guelph. Joel has helped guide Agility through years of change in the CMS industry, from the early days of cloud technology to today's headless and composable landscape. His focus is always on making the technology work for the people using it.

President
Jina Zohori
Jina brings deep experience in customer experience, sales, and operations to Agility. Her work is focused on helping the company grow without losing the personal relationships and care that customers expect from a smaller team. She works across the business to strengthen how we support customers, improve how our teams work together, and make sure the experience we promise is the experience people actually have. Jina's approach is practical and customer-focused. She believes growth matters, but not at the expense of doing right by the people who put their trust in Agility.
Will anyone senior actually know who we are once we sign?
We want you to feel known, not handed off. Our leaders stay close to customers, and that relationship doesn't stop when the contract is signed.

Leadership stays close to the customer
When you're a small company, you can't hide behind layers of management. Our leaders hear what customers need, where they're struggling, and what we could do better. That keeps the decisions we make connected to the people they're meant to help.
What you can expect from the people leading Agility
The way we lead the company shapes the experience you have with it.
- 01
You'll get an honest answer.
We won't tell you Agility is right for you just because we'd like your business. If we don't think we can help, we'd rather say so.
- 02
Your feedback can reach the people making decisions.
You shouldn't have to wonder whether anyone at the top is listening. Customer feedback helps shape what we build and how we work.
- 03
We think beyond the next quarter.
We're building a company we want to be proud of years from now. That means making decisions with long-term customer relationships in mind.
- 04
We stay close enough to care.
Being a smaller team means our leaders can stay connected to the people who rely on Agility. We think that's worth protecting as we grow.
