Agility CMS

Our Perfect Fit Guarantee

We don't want you to choose Agility unless we believe it's right for what you're building. Before you sign, we take the time to understand your project, your team, and what you need from a CMS. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you. And if you choose Agility and the fit turns out to be wrong, our Perfect Fit Guarantee gives you a way out.

We guarantee the fit, not just the software.

We back our own judgment about whether we're right for your team. If we take you on and the fit turns out wrong, you get your money back. Not many CMS companies put that in writing, and we can because we check fit hard before anyone signs anything.

the perfect fit

We check fit before you become a customer

A demo can show you what a CMS looks like. It can't tell you whether it will work for your team. Before you sign, we talk through what you're building, who will maintain it, what your developers need from the platform, and how your marketers will work with content. That conversation helps both of us understand whether Agility CMS is the right fit.

If we're not the fit, we'll tell you

Sometimes we learn that another approach or platform would make more sense for what you're trying to do. When that happens, we'll tell you. We'd rather help you make the right choice than sell you a CMS that isn't going to work for your team.

If the fit turns out wrong after you've signed, you get your money back

We work hard to understand your needs before you sign, but we know we won't get every decision right. If you choose Agility and the fit turns out to be wrong, the Perfect Fit Guarantee means you're not simply stuck with that decision. The specific terms of the guarantee are agreed with you when you sign. The point is simple: we believe you should feel confident choosing Agility, and we're willing to stand behind that belief.

A small team gathered around one laptop

Why a company our size can put money behind this.

We run on no outside investment, so there's no cushion of investor capital sitting behind us to absorb the cost of a bad fit. We have to get this right on a regular basis, not occasionally, because a wrong call costs us directly. That's the same reason we'd rather turn down a prospect who isn't a fit than sign them and deal with the fallout a year later.

We pick POC's over trials

A week with a login doesn't necessarily tell you whether a CMS is right for your project. We'd rather show you how Agility can work for what you're actually building. We'll walk you through the platform based on your needs and questions, so you can see what it would look like for your team before you make a decision.

A guarantee is easy to put on a page. What happens if it turns out we're not the fit you thought?

You tell us, and we take it seriously instead of pointing you to a clause. If a customer comes to us and says the fit isn't what they expected, we go through what changed or what we missed together, and we work from the guarantee rather than around it. The point of putting this in writing is that you shouldn't have to fight us to use it.

Good to know

How long do I have to decide the fit was wrong?

The window gets set with you directly when you sign, because it depends on how your project is scoped. Ask us about it before you sign, not after.

Does the guarantee cover everything, including our own decisions during implementation?

The guarantee covers fit, whether Agility CMS was the right platform for your team in the first place. What's on us and what's on your team gets laid out clearly as part of the agreement, so nobody's guessing about it later.

Why don't you offer a free trial if you're this confident?

Because a trial answers a different question than the one that matters. It tells you whether you can figure out a platform on your own, not whether the platform fits how your team works. We'd rather spend that time showing you the platform against your own project.

Can I get a demo on the first call?

We can give you a quick walkthrough. But our goal on that first call is to learn your requirements and understand how your team works, so we can build a proof of concept that covers your real use cases. The deep-dive demo usually happens on the second call, once we know it's a fit.

Let's find out if the fit is there before either of us commits to anything

We'll walk through the comparison with you directly, including the parts where we're not the better fit.
