Glossary: Content Sync copies your Agility content and pages into a store you own and keeps it current with a sync token, so your app reads locally.
Content Sync copies your content items and pages into a store you own, such as files, a database or Redis, and keeps that copy up to date. Your app then reads locally instead of calling Agility on each request.
The Sync API is part of the Content Fetch API. Each call returns a batch of changed items and a sync token; you store the token and pass it next time to receive only what changed, including removals. The @agility/content-sync SDK runs this loop for you, and webhooks can tell you when to run it.
