Glossary
Glossary: a content model is a schema of fields that defines the structure of a type of content, separate from how it is presented.
A content model defines the structure of a piece of content: which fields it has and what type of data each one holds. It is only the schema. Content lists and content items are created from it, and items can link to each other to form relationships.
Because the model is decoupled from your presentation layer, the same structured content can be reused on any page, app or channel. Developers create content models in Models > Content Models.
Also called: model, content schema.
