What is an Organization within Agility?

Your Organization is your main account that all of your instances live within. From your Organization you can

  • Create new instances
  • Upgrade instances
  • Manage your billing information and credit cards across your instances
  • Manage who can create instances within your organization

Organization Access

Each instance you have must be part of an organization. When you sign up for an Agility account, an organization is automatically created for you. As an admin, you can create new instances under your organization. As your team and how you use Agility grows, you can invite others to become organization admins as well.

Payment Methods

Any payment methods (credit cards) that you associated with your organization can be used across all of your instances within the organization. This makes it easy to stay on top of billing and payments across many instances.

These can be managed within your billing portal at
