Agility has always prioritized the experience of OUR users so you can create and optimize the experience of YOURS. For us, that means we want to create a better experience for the editors, developers and reviewers who use Agility CMS.

AI can help us do that.

There are several use cases that we want to emphasize and solve in a better way using AI inside the Agility app. As we progress through each use case, we will more deeply address the needs of our users based on feedback to the previously released features through our Feedback Loop

AI stands for artificial intelligence. But the evolution of Agility Intelligence starts now.

Rich Text Editor Integration

Our first AI release is already available! We’ve updated the Agility Rich Text editor with compose and edit buttons that are driven by generative AI.

Quickly create new rich text content, or select your existing text to summarize, re-compose, change style, or translate. The pre-written prompts help you get more done, faster.

Making It Easier

Headless CMS can be complex to understand for new users with questions like:

  • How do I create content?
  • What content models do I have in my instance?
  • What roles are available?
  • What do I have permission to do?

These are the questions that we get every day through our support channel. Our initial release of Agility Intelligence will be trained extensively on our own documentation and knowledge base.

Whatever CMS-related questions you have will be answered instantly in-product. Expect step-by-step instruction, often with screenshots to help you on your way.

If there’s a question that goes beyond the scope of what Agility Intelligence is trained to answer, we will refer you to our excellent support team.

Creating and Understanding Content Models

The most powerful feature of Agility is our unique Content Modelling system, which you can adapt to create your own strategic Content Architecture.

How your team has implemented Agility’s Content Models will be distinct to your instance. There are patterns that tend to be followed, but everything from the naming of fields to how content is linked together will be exclusive to your organization’s implementation.

That uniqueness is something that we wanted to further embrace with Agility Intelligence.

Content Models in Agility CMS

We’re training Agility Intelligence on highly detailed reference architectures in addition to allowing you to access your existing models through your interactions with AI. You’ll be able to ask questions about your models, optimizing how they work.  It may be just adding field descriptions to make life easier for your editors, or maybe you need to add a new field. All you have to do is ask.

Beyond working with your existing Content Models, you will also be able to create brand new models, complete with their linked content counterparts to generate a sophisticated Content Architecture based just on your plain-language prompts.

Using AI in Agility CMS

Creating Content Variants

Many customers are introducing personalization into their Content Architecture with audience segments via Linked Content.  Those segments are related to the demographics that are important and specific to you, such as...

  • Regions
  • Business types
  • Users’ interests

...or anything that targets the aspects of your users that drive conversion.

This presents an enormous challenge for writers or content teams. Adding even a few extra segments means an exponential increase in the sheer amount of content you must create.

Creating content variants in Agility CMS

This is where Agility Intelligence shines.

You know your audience, and Agility knows what content you already have in your system. You can easily create variants based on the parameters you describe. Agility Intelligence understands the model that your content must follow and can use your intentional prompt to generate thoughtful and cogent variations of your team’s original work.

Translating Content

Creating translations of your content for additional locales is one of the most requested features we’ve received through the Feedback Loop. We’ve waited until now to solve this in-product. Why did we wait? We wanted to present a solution that put you, the editor, in control of the operational side of content translation with outputs that you will be proud of.

Translating content in Agility CMS

Translation requires more than just content; it demands context and intention. Because Agility Intelligence understands both your content and your models, it can provide a much better translation than regular machine-learning based solutions.

Beyond accuracy, translation is about scale. You may want to create translation into many other languages. Agility Intelligence has you covered here, with support for:

  • Spanish
  • French
  • Portuguese
  • Russian
  • Japanese
  • Chinese
  • Arabic
  • And many others.

What's Next?

Our plans for AI don’t stop with the Agility Intelligence chatbot.  We are exploring autonomous agents that will help you in the background, spotting suggestions and doing background tasks to help you be more productive.

Examples of these jobs would be to automatically translate items into other languages. Another use case would be to spot potential issues with Content Models, such as missing validations that could help with accessibility and SEO.

Our mission at Agility is to help you solve your most important problems. All these feature ideas have evolved with you, our customers and partners, in mind. We want to enable you to do more with Agility, and to empower your team to achieve more with your digital content.
