Agility Inc.'s co-founder Jonathan Voigt, previously CTO, is taking over as CEO to provide leadership and a focused vision moving forward. Heading into 2014, the company is planning to expand its team to offer premium services and extended support to meet the growing needs of its customers and partners.
Over the past two years, the company dedicated its time and resources to develop and establish the Magazine Suite, a product tailored for the media and publishing space. Now, a year and a half after its official launch, Agility is excited to announce that it will be building a premium services team to complement its products, both the Magazine Suite and CMS Platform. The move to expand into premium services will enhance Agility's ability to deliver the best products and solutions that are focused on common feedback and problems that customers are facing on the digital frontier.
"Over the next year, we will build a premium services team that will provide further support for new sales and allow Agility to better connect with current customers and meet their content management needs," Voigt said. "This will also open up opportunities for more customer feedback and greater engagement that will help us to continuously improve our products and work more closely with partners to provide the best service possible."
The Agility team is moving towards 2014 under Voigt's leadership and his refocused customer-centric vision by continuing to find the top digital solutions to meet customer needs. The premium services team will be a way for Agility to do so by providing extended support for customers who require more than a great platform to manage their content.
"I'd like to welcome all customers and partners to meet up and discuss the new opportunities that are now available with Agility," Voigt said.
Stay tuned for more announcements as the company works toward its refocused vision, and introduces new ways to connect with customers and partners over the next year.
