The personal safety of our staff, customers and partners is top-of-mind right now. Just like the platform, we're built to work in the cloud, we're remote but working as usual.
Last week our CEO Jon Voigt has enforced a policy to work remotely from home in an effort to protect our staff and reduce the spread of COVID-19. Since all of our corporate infrastructure is cloud-based, we were able to implement this protocol immediately. Like many other companies, we've also suspended all travel and in-person meetings.
To ensure continued continuity of business we have policies in place so people can report personal or related cases of the virus and are prepared for isolation. Different roles will be supported and transferred accordingly in the event of an infected employee. This ensures employees can rest up properly and our customers and partners are well supported.

To our customers and partners, our priorities are clear, and our capabilities are sound. We are able to continue to meet and interact with you virtually. Our support, account management, and engineering teams are ready to answer questions and to continue to assist you.
I believe our ability to interact online is more important than ever. We want to help you to provide a consistent, reliable online experience to your customers now and in the future.
My message to staff is this: take care of yourself first so you can take care of your family and our customers and partners. As always, be kind, be courteous, be helpful.
We can all do our part not only to help the spread of this virus but also to rise to the challenge of being better humans. It is time for us to use our community for support, assistance and leverage to get through times where others need our help.
