# Evaluating Agility

## A suggested reading order

1. **Understand the shape.** Read the architecture tour, then the responsibility map. Most surprises in a headless project come from not knowing who builds what.
2. **Check the fit.** Use the fit criteria and the delivery-model guide to decide whether Agility, and which way of using it, suits your project.
3. **Prove it.** Run a short proof of concept with your own content, your own editors and your riskiest requirement.
4. **Make the case.** Turn what you learned into a business case and a migration plan, including how you would leave.
