Installing the right Chrome extensions can make a digital marketer's day-to-day a lot easier.

Extensions can increase productivity, organize your work, create structure and provide insight into target consumers and audiences.

Below is a list of Chrome extensions that will make a big impact immediately.

WordTracker Scout

Attention Search Engine Optimizers: This Chrome extension enables you to analyze keyword activity on any and every webpage for some serious SEO sleuthing.

All you have to do is go to the page that you wish to analyze, and WordTracker Scout does all the heavy lifting by pulling all keywords used. Results are presented via a world cloud. Font size and color are used to indicate relevancy and volume, providing an easy way to filter through keywords.

Sidekick by HubSpot

HubSpot's Sidekick is a great tool for increasing the productivity of your inbox. It allows you to:

  • View who opens and clicks on your emails

  • Where and how many times an email is opened/clicked

  • View a person's title, company, social profiles

  • View recent conversations and other email activity

  • Schedule emails

  • Create recurring emails for future sending

Sidekick works with all major email services.

Meldium

Ditch your Excel spreadsheet of passwords for social media and other marketing tools. Meldium is a password manager made with marketing teams in mind. After installing Meldium, your marketing team will never have to manually enter a password ever again. They'll be able to access all apps and sites via a neatly organized Meldium home page.

Momentum

This Chrome extension is organized under the Chrome Web Store's "Productivity" category for very good reason.

Momentum allows you to personalize a dashboard (which replaces Chrome's New Tab page) with daily reminders, to-do lists and inspiration to stay focused on what you're trying to accomplish (instead of opening up a new tab to check out what's going on in your on Facebook feed).

Nimbus Screenshot

A good how-to blog post or tutorial  includes some clear-cut screen shots. Nimbus Screenshot makes it easy to:

  • Capture an entire browser, webpage/specific section

  • Use patterns and text boxes to spiffy up your screenshots

  • Create drawing or models from scratch

  • Resize and crop screenshots

  • Add arrows and stickers

  • Highlight text
