The Magazine Suite Gets An iOS App

Agility Inc. is excited to announce that development for the Magazine Suite iOS app is complete, and it's debuting, in beta, in the App Store with Unbound Media.

Unbound Media, an Agility-produced online publication and informative resource for digital publishers, can now be consumed within an app that is specifically built for iOS phones and tablets. The app utilizes swipe design and functionality for an optimal mobile experience.

"We designed the app with flexibility in mind," Joel Varty, director of research and development, said. "iOS gives us the ability to focus on readability, simplicity and fluidity, which makes for a great reader experience."

The iOS app conveniently pulls articles from the Magazine Suite so that content does not need to be managed separately, but from one Agility instance.

"Everything is pushed from Agility to the app simultaneously with the website and social media," Varty said.

The app will be available to Magazine Suite customers closer to the end of the year, and depending on interest, Agility will look into developing similar apps for Android and Windows devices.
