Training
We provide training on Agility that is customized to your specific implementation. Agility training is based on customized Agility Use Cases that provide step-by-step instructions on how to manage content specific to your site. Usually, a 2 to 4 hour training session is required which can be done remotely or on-site.
After the training, each Agility user receives a printed, bound copy of the Agility Tutorial and Reference Guide, along with your customized use cases.

You can expect an unsurpassed level of support for your Agility-managed site because you are backed directly by Agility engineers. We are also Microsoft Gold Certified meaning that problems we can't solve are escalated to priority support from Microsoft.
